Legal and source-use notice

Source rights, attribution and professional-use boundary

This notice explains what TaxScope creates, what remains owned by source providers, and how source-linked monitoring information may be used.

Version 1.0Effective 18 July 2026

General information only

TaxScope provides general tax-monitoring information. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Information may be incomplete, delayed, illustrative or superseded. Before acting, verify it against the linked official source and obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances.

TaxScope is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any cited government, authority or organisation.

Copyright and source material

© 2026 TaxScope. TaxScope owns its original summaries, annotations, analysis, software and presentation unless otherwise stated.

Third-party source material remains the property of its respective rights holders. It is referenced, summarised or reproduced only where an applicable licence, permission or law permits the intended use. A citation or public URL does not by itself grant permission to copy, republish, redistribute or use the source for model training.

TaxScope generally displays original summaries, factual metadata and links to official sources. Raw source bodies, readable text, images, logos, seals and third-party submissions are not intended for public display unless separately authorised.

Where TaxScope modifies or summarises licensed material, the source provider has not reviewed or approved the TaxScope version. If an official source conflicts with TaxScope, use the official source.

Prototype, freshness and reliance

Records marked prototype, demonstration, monitoring only, source-use pending or review required are not verified for customer reliance. Dates and legal effects may differ by jurisdiction, treaty pair, taxpayer facts and later official action.

Source-use approval and tax review are separate controls. Permission to reference or reuse a source does not establish that a TaxScope summary is tax-accurate, complete or applicable to a particular person.

Privacy, corrections and rights reports

Public availability does not remove privacy or other personal rights. TaxScope minimises incidental names, email addresses and contact details and does not intentionally publish personal information unless it is necessary and approved for the stated monitoring purpose.

To report an error, request a correction or raise a copyright, privacy or attribution concern, contact the TaxScope operator through your service agreement. For this public preview, submit a rights or correction report through the project repository. Include the affected TaxScope URL, the source material, the concern and evidence that helps verify the request.

This notice does not grant rights in third-party material and does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
